CapitaLand Investment has been appointed to provide retail strategy and advisory services for the upcoming OBS Mall, a key retail component within One Bukit Senyum, Johor Bahru’s most ambitious city-centre regeneration project. The development is strategically located next to the RTS Link Bukit Chagar Station, placing it at the heart of future cross-border movement between Johor Bahru and Singapore.

Developed by Astaka Holdings, One Bukit Senyum is envisioned as Johor Bahru’s new central business district (CBD).
